The City of Redding is requesting written comments from responsible agencies and the public regarding the scope and content of the Redding Riverfront Specific Plan Draft EIR.

Over the past year, the City's project team has prepared a draft Vision Framework Diagram and a series of emerging concepts for both the Northern and Southern Riverfronts.

On Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at their regular meeting, the Redding City Council will receive a presentation regarding refinements to the Emerging Redding Riverfront Concepts.
