Final Redding Riverfront Specific Plan Vision and Guiding Principles Framework

The Council accepted the framework with two changes to “Vision Element C: Economically Viable and Thriving Arts, Cultural, and Entertainment Venues” (page 20):

1. Add “economic drivers” to C.1; and
2. Add “sports” to C.2.

The final Redding Riverfront Specific Plan Vision and Guiding Principles Framework is now available and provides the basis for future concepts, ideas, policies, and programs considered for inclusion in the updated Riverfront Specific Plan.
